When connecting a domain for the first time or making DNS changes, don't expect that these will take effect instantly – DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to fully propagate across the internet. This means that your newly-published site may not be immediately visible on the new domain. Your Wix dashboard may show an indication of this nature as well:

Publishing to a new domain is gradual, and your site may become accessible in some regions before others due to differences in local DNS cache expiration times. Give it some time and check again later.

Similarly, you may see an issue related to “this site can’t provide a secure connection” (ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH). Give this some time as well, and then try again. Refer to About HTTPS and SSL on the Wix Help Center for more information.
